Dear Fellow Worshippers:

To God be the glory!  Thank you for registering for the 2009 Worship Him Conference.  We are writing to announce a major change with the 2009 conference.   

Very recently, we were given an amazing opportunity to host a week of Gospel music in the city of Toronto in August.  With the primary focus of sharing the Gospel with the city through the tool of music and creative arts, this Gospel week will showcase many nationalities and genres to demonstrate the rich culture and heritage the city has to offer.

With this in mind, after much prayer and consideration, we have decided to move the 2009 Worship Him Conference to be included as a part of the 2009 Toronto Gospel Week.  The new conference date will be Wednesday August 26 – Friday August 29, 2009.  We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Please note that although the date has been changed, the structure and sessions will remain the same.  Due to the change of date, in addition to our list of speakers, clinicians, and artists such as Tye Tribbett, Lenny LeBlanc and others, we are honored to include Dr. Ron Kenoly who will be ministering in Word on Wednesday August 26^th and Minister Martha Munizzi who will be ministering in song during the Transition Celebration Event on Friday August 28^th.  We believe that the addition of these dynamic ministries will only allow us to experience a deeper Transition into God’s presence.

We understand that the change of date may have now created some inconvenience.  In consideration of that fact, we will continue to honor your current registration fee of $65.00 p.p.  We hope that you will be able to attend, however, if you are unable to attend, please be advised that you will be able to go online and process your cancellation to receive a full refund of your registration fees.  We ask that you notify us in writing, either via email or regular mail by May 31, 2009, if you intend to cancel, otherwise your registration will be moved to the new conference date or you may be subject to cancellation fees after that date.

We are excited to see what God is going to do in the city of Toronto.  The 2009 Toronto Gospel Week will not only feature the 2009 Worship Him Conference, but will also include Concerts with various genres of Christian music, a New Artist Showcase, a Vendors Expo, Cultural Pavilions showcasing the diversity of cultures in Christian music, and so much more! 

Whether it be Black Gospel, Christian Contemporary, Southern Gospel….whether it be experiencing Gospel music for the Ukraine, or from Korea, with the common thread being Jesus Christ, we know that the Toronto Gospel Week will an enjoyable experience for everyone! 

We believe that the time is right and the city of Toronto is ready for this “Transition”….the question is…..are you?
